1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of StationCommand, a Fera Group product. By using StationCommand, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
2. Service
StationCommand provides software features that may include incident displays, department statistics, analytics, mapping, responder information, calendars, public displays, reports, integrations, APIs, and related functionality. Availability depends on the applicable plan, license, configuration, integrations, and product version.
3. Not an Emergency Dispatch or Life-Safety System
StationCommand is a supplemental information and analytics platform. It is not a replacement for 911, dispatch, CAD, radio communications, pagers, approved alerting systems, or another primary emergency notification or life-safety system. It must not be relied upon as the sole means of receiving, dispatching, responding to, or managing an emergency incident.
4. Accounts and Authorized Use
Customers are responsible for controlling access, maintaining accurate configuration information, and ensuring users are authorized to access information. Users may not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another customer's systems or data, or use StationCommand unlawfully.
5. Customer Data
Customers retain responsibility for information they provide to or process through StationCommand and for ensuring they have authority to process, display, export, or disclose incident, responder, personnel, address, statistical, and other information.
6. Third-Party Integrations
StationCommand may depend on third-party services. Availability, accuracy, latency, API changes, outages, restrictions, and discontinuation of those services are outside StationCommand's control and may affect functionality.
7. Plans, Licensing, and Usage
Features and limits are determined by the applicable plan or license. Website pricing and plan descriptions may change for future purchases or renewals. Additional stations, public-statistics views, integrations, or capacity may carry additional charges as described in the applicable plan or agreement.
8. Availability and Product Changes
We may maintain, update, modify, add, or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Beta, preview, demo, and in-development functionality may change or be discontinued.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use StationCommand to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, intentionally disrupt service, misrepresent authorization, or expose confidential information without appropriate authority.
10. Intellectual Property
StationCommand software, design, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to its operator and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A subscription or license grants use rights only; it does not transfer ownership.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, StationCommand is provided on an “as available” basis. Because information may originate from customers or third-party systems, StationCommand does not guarantee that incident, responder, mapping, weather, analytics, or other displayed information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, StationCommand and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses resulting from reliance on StationCommand as a primary emergency-alerting or life-safety system. Additional limitations in an applicable customer agreement also apply.
13. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, material violation of these Terms, misuse, security threats, or as otherwise provided in an applicable agreement.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as StationCommand evolves. The date above identifies the current version.
