StationCommand deployments may also process account information, station configuration, incident-related data, responder information, application version information, installation URLs, integration data, logs, and diagnostic information necessary to provide configured features.
3. Incident and Public-Safety Information
StationCommand may process information supplied by a department or third-party public-safety systems. The customer is responsible for determining what information it is authorized to provide, process, display, or share. StationCommand should not be used to publish confidential, protected, medical, criminal-justice, or personally identifiable information unless the organization has determined that doing so is lawful and appropriate.

- Provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve StationCommand.

StationCommand may connect with third-party identity providers, alerting platforms, mapping or weather providers, calendar services, smart-home platforms, and other integrations selected by a customer. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

StationCommand may use cookies or similar browser storage necessary for authentication, security, sessions, preferences, and normal operation. When a third-party identity provider is used, authentication information is also handled by that provider.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help operate StationCommand, at the direction of the customer controlling the information, when necessary to protect the service or users, or when required by law.
8. Retention and Security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Some plans allow departments to publish selected incident information or statistics. The department controls whether these features are enabled and is responsible for configuring them to avoid unauthorized disclosure.
10. Children
StationCommand is intended for fire departments, emergency-service organizations, authorized personnel, and related professional users. It is not directed to children.
